would like to suggest an EU(personally) server 

with rules of:

1. only subscribed (monthly through website) accounts can enter
& with that subscribe (example): 5$month .. u also get 50silks for it
& does not include a FAST login(premium or VIP benefits)
& with traffic

2. the ability for players to transfer characters to that server
& include reset scroll for mastery&statusPoint to transfered chars
& include there storage & inventory & fellow & job lvl
but cant transfer back

3. chars moved & are reset .. will go with the new server's rules from mastery tree & Quest reset .. including blueZerk Quest & Unique hunting or titles

4. (Optional) the ability for players to transfer gold between current & new server 
i mean since some have GoldBots...

then again .. this is to cut off the slackers who dont wanna pay anything for the game so it can stay opened 
&
cut off goldBots & how they are making a server dead .. to not move to an active server
unless paying THEN they are welcomed...😆
